Thinking of buying a Rofco Oven?
The Rofco oven is ideal for those wanting to move from a domestic oven, to baking in larger quantities. Join Danielle for a half or full day and explore how to use the oven before you buy. Dates and days of the week are flexible, subject to availability.
Many small bakeries start off with the affordable Rofco oven enabling batch of 12 loaves to be baked at once. These ovens do not require three phase power and run off a domestic power supply.
On the course you will learn:
- How to set up your Rofco oven
- Tips for baking in the Rofco oven
- How to scale up recipes, produce consistent results and making the most of overnight proving and much more
- Trial your own recipes, or use Danielle’s tried and tested recipes. You can bring your own dough too.
- Ask as many questions as you like!
In the half day course (approximately 3 hours) you’ll have the opportunity to bake several batches of breads. In the full day course, you can learn how to make and schedule a whole day’s baking. A light lunch is provided.
Tailored Rofco classes are ideal for one to two people. The venue is near Slimbridge, Gloucestershire just a short distance from the M5 motorway. I can recommend some excellent B&Bs if you wish to stay nearby.
Once you have taken a Rofco oven course with me, you are eligible for a discount on the purchase of a Rofco through Brook Foods.
