Online Breadmaking Classes

Online sessions on Zoom are an ideal alternative to an in-person class. Sessions are available for participants world wide. Choose from 2 options. Option 1 is a hands-on sessions. Option 2 is an online advice session. Alternatively, choose an in person course.

Please note, if you have a voucher, you’ll need to book directly with me. Simply choose a date and use the email on your voucher to confirm. 

Hands on Online Breadmaking Sessions – Option 1

Sessions are personalised and are for one or two people. We work together in half hour sessions to create some great bread. With a little preparation, you can create and bake a simple bread recipe in two to three half hour sessions. Sessions necessarily need to be spaced apart to allow the bread to prove.  Before we begin, we have a quick chat to plan the sessions and discuss ingredients and equipment you might need. The first step is to select a date that suits you for your first class.

Rofco Oven Advice Session – Option 2

If you’re the owner of a Rofco bread oven, or are thinking of buying one, this is the session for you. Ask Danielle all the questions you might have about the oven and making the transition from making a few loaves of bread to many. Book a half hour session at a time that suits you.
