Working with Danielle Ellis, Breadbaker and Tutor

Severn Bites is run by Danielle Ellis. My first love is bread baking. I trained professionally in France and run a range of baking courses both online and at a physical location. I am one of the Real Bread Campaign Ambassadors and Judge at the World Bread Awards.

Severn Bites features recipes I have developed; tips for breadbakers and a wealth of foodie experience.

How I can help you

  • Online one-to-one classes are a fantastic way to focus on a particular breadmaking skill or to learn more about the Rofco bread oven. These sessions are tailored to individual requirements and to meet your schedule.
  • Recipe development. Do you want to make a delicious product for your business that will set it apart? Together we can create a signature bread or sweet bun for example
  • Do you run a holiday rental business? Guests are always looking for something new to do. I travel to run bespoke classes at your location.
  • Are you looking for a speaker for your event? Or perhaps a demonstration? I’ve worked with John Lewis and other organisations to deliver an enjoyable experience for your customers.
